Grant Quigley makes short work of undefeated Pawel Rafelski with a a first round stoppage.
It was a tentative start, as the Scotsman slipped the pawing jabs of Rafelski. However the difference in power and class was evident from the start and the Pole quickly found himself on the canvas behind a crisp left hook.
As Rafelski got to his feet Quigley kept his composure, did not rush his work and soon found another clean left hook sending his opponent scrambling to the canvas.
Rafelski again climbed off the canvas but Quigley would not be denied. Sensing the finish the Scot unleashed a barrage of shots that his opponent did well to block. Switching attack it was the right hook this time that put an end to the fight. After this hook again sent him to floor the referee saved the defiant pole from further punishment.
The Port Glasgow fighter has now knocked out his last three opponents and is a prospect to watch in the Light Heavyweight division.
